Clear and transparent booking guidelines for Ubud Experience.
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
By placing a booking through our official portal, you agree that all traveler details provided (lead traveler full name, contact email, and active WhatsApp/phone number) are accurate and valid.
Each booking generates a unique reference number (e.g. GB-20261008-XXXX) which serves as proof of your reservation. Confirmation is issued automatically upon verification of payment or selection of Pay on Spot.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure or no-shows on the activity date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee as guide slots and equipment are strictly reserved in advance.
3. Weather & Safety Guarantee
Outdoor adventure tours (such as volcano trekking, rafting, and island cruises) are dependent on local weather and safety advisories.
If an activity is cancelled by Ubud Experience due to force majeure, severe weather, or government restrictions, you will be offered an alternative date or an immediate 100% refund.
4. Payment & Pricing
All rates displayed on our portal are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include all relevant service fees and taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the tour description.
For Pay on Spot bookings, the total balance must be paid at our ticket counter or departure point before the tour commences.
